Forex Trading OR Currency Trading

Forex is The Foreign Exchange Market or Currency Market. Forex is the market where one currency is traded for another. It is one of the largest markets in the world. Currency trading is when you buy and sell currency on the foreign exchange market with the intent to make money.
How Forex Works?
The rate at which one currency can be exchanged for another is currency exchange rateIt is always written in pairs i.e. PKR/USD (the Pak Rupee and the US Dollar). Factors like inflation, industrial production and geopolitical events affect Exchange rates. They influence whether you buy or sell a currency pair.
Why Trade Currencies?
Forex is the world’s largest market. With about 3.2 trillion US dollars in daily volume. Its 24-hour market action. it is a true market for the serious trader. Some key differences are:
1. Many firms don’t charge commissions – you pay only the bid.
2. There’s 24 hour trading – you decide when to trade and how to trade.
3. You can trade on leverage, but this can magnify potential gains and losses.
4. You can focus on picking from a few currencies rather then from 5000 stocks.
5. Forex is accessible – you don’t need a lot of money to start.
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of riskIt is not suitable for everyone. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite, before deciding to trade foreign exchangeIf you have any doubts, you can take advice from an independent financial advisor.

The Iraqi dinar is anticipated to be revalued along the identical foundation that the Kuwaiti dinar was revalued after the first Gulf War. At that time, the Kuwaiti Dinar plunged from its pre conflict levels. When oil manufacturing recommenced.
